    Hi Guys,
I just downloaded the myspace script from www.freeturnkey.net, I see many others using it. But how do you install it? The downloaded file is a myspace.rar.

    Thanks, help is appreciated

you need to download WinRAR. Do a search on google for it. Then you need a paid hosting service that supports PHP.

I'm trying to do the same thing and it doesn't work. You have to edit a lot of files to get it to work, and it's just too much work. I gave up on this script.

It's an includes problem, very annoying since it's in like 30 php files.

the script comes with a .exe program that replaces all your files at once. read the readme.txt file for install instructions. I got mine working in 5 mins

Checkout the installed version online at www.s4si.org and www.portal0.com

Oh, thanks. I read it, but didn't think I need it because I thought it was for finding the files, and thats it.

Damn, I used to program too and I still got a bunch of include errors. All you need to do is substitute the site name right? Nothing else?

Yeah mine is like that too, it's really tough fixing it so I'm just re uploading everything. I can't believe it's not working, maybe this version sucks. Michael, do you still have the script? Maybe if you could send it to me, I would appreciate it a lot.

EDIT: I think i see the problem ;) I was only replacing the domain name, not the username as well, duh! *hits head violently*

Well mine is still uploading with the new changes, but can you give me the url of you site so I can take a look at the errors? You can pm it to me if you don't want to post it here.

The site is: www.funkymyspace.com. You won't find the myspace site on it though at the moment as I also tried to upload the Arcade site, which doesn't work either (for me at least :p).

Did you guys remember to replace that first step telling you to replace your username for a code. It appears on almost every file.

Ok try this, instead of /home/put you cpanel username here/public_html/file.extention, just substitute it with 'file.extention' it worked for me. Basically, none of that /home/username rubbish.

I don't know how to explain it very much, but here's an example of how your includes should look like.
    NOT
Good luck with that! I'm still a beginner in php, but that SHOULD work, or at least it did for me.
