The best thing to do is to set up membership site. If advertise it good, with one year you can get up to 50 to 500 members. even if you are charging $19 for each member every month. it is a lot money in a year and it is steady income if you know what your are doing.

 

Build a site on a topic that interests you. Learn HTML/CSS and then get it built make sure you check the niche is not to competitive or nothing like 'how to make money online' use this forum for marketing knowledge and then when you have a presence, stick the ads and get your checks from google.

There are several dropshipping sites out there. Look for one that suits your needs. For me, selling is the best way to make money online.

dropshipping is a great way to make money. you sell products and take money, and the dropshipper sends them from their warehouse straight to the purchaser. Then you pay the dropshipper. You can make some nice margins on this - some of my products are 250% mark up.

 

If you are looking for another auction site, you may want to try ioffer. I have done well with them
this year. You don't get the traffic that ebay has but you only have to pay fees when you actually
sell something.

if its used items you buy and sell and/or new items, why not starting off at ebay, create yourself a nice template relevent to the site, use that template in ebay obviously and have nachor links through out to the original being sold on your site. once your site is getting reasonable traffic, you can quit paying for ebays hefty prices and rely souly on your site for your income, use a checkout system such as CubeCart v4. if its a forum you wanna create or a blog there are some scripts that are compatible with a checkout system.


edit: checkout system, meaning: a shopping script with a trolley/cart.

 

I would highly recommend blogging, but if that's too simple for you and you want something a little more creative, I would recommend buying blogs, improving them, and then selling them for way more. There is nothing like creating your own online store. Cheap and very profitable!
