Browser other than Firefox?

Can anyone recommend a good browser other than Firefox? It seems to have quit on me, I've tried rebooting my computer and uninstalling Firefox then reinstalling it again, but it refuses to open. I'm using Internet Explorer now, but some pages won't display right.

    Thanks

    I reccomend Google Chrome.

It opens new tabs as new processes, while Firefox loads all tabs into one GIANT process.

I guess I'll try Google Chrome then :)

I forgot I had Opera installed. I look at it again.

I'll really miss the Firefox plugins though :(

    Thanks

hei, don't leave firefox. It is the best. try to correct the problems. I used all the famous browsers like google chrome, netscape, opera, IE. Of these firefox is the best.

Yeah I hate to not use Firefox, but being technically challenged I've done about all I can do alone. Strange though the Firefox icons still appear, but I can't get the browser to open.

I tried Google Chrome, but imo it's just too flimsy.

You should try Opera. It doesn't have as much extensions as Firefox but at least it's stable and secure.
Personally I avoid anything developed by Google (like Chrome).

If you don't like Opera for some reason then you can try http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/ :)

Yeah Opera seems fast, but I'm sure going to miss Firefox's addons. :(

    Thanks

You don't have a firefox problem, you have a computer problem.

I find Firefox too heavy for regular browsing, and usually just use IE or Safari. I typically only use firefox for development, because of useful add-ons like Firebug. It's too difficult to debug JavaScript errors with IE.

    Top 5 (In my opinion):

    1. Safari
    2. FireFox
    3. Opera
    4. Chrome
    5. Internet Explorer

Any of the top 4 are awesome. IE isn't one I'd recommend though.
