    After my site someone told me that your ads are against TOS. and you will get banned . plz tell me if it is true. then i will change it.

    One problem immediately springs to mind on visiting your home page... pages with Adsense ads on must have actual content on, not just links to other pages etc. Didn't look around any further, so check that all your pages have real content.

    this is not only an Adsense requirement, but will help the Adsense bots decide what your page is about and serve relevant ads... so it's to your benefit also.

    Try to get your own domain name, hosting on free sites could also get you banned on adsense sometimes.

    no man but hosting a blog is ok
    i seen a lot of Guys hosting on blogs and making Thousands.

    although what you are saying is also right and more safer

    they might not ban you but your clicks so low you will cry, they can also close you down but not kick you out. I suggest to have some text.

    Placing adsense ads immediately below or above an image is against the TOS which you have done (right side vertical bar). However, you can try to incorporate the ads and merge them with the contents. Reduce the number of ads and give more importance to contents. Visitors come to your site only for contents and they are coaxed to click the ads by blending them with the contents...
