    Free means regular links are free and need no recip. No one in this section is going to buy a link nor buy a link from a directory unless it is PR6 and above now anyways because of directory links being worth next to nothing. You should change it if you want a few people to submit and maybe a few link back or click ads.

    It's not a free PR4 link unless you are putting that link on your PR4 home page. The directory home page is PR4, the link pages are PR0.

    Wow, can't believe how bad people are round here.

    The site makes like $10/20 a month, so not really worth my time, at the time it had a good PR so i thought people might benefit from the link.

    If this is not useful to you, why post, this is like 8 months old!

    I didn't noticed that it's that old.
    But whether old or not, if you try to attract people to free PR4 directory link & then give only the option of nofollow link, then I can question your sanity!
