    I read this somewhere:

    "introverts get energized from being alone, reading, thinking,
    meditating, and so on. Extroverts get energized from
    interacting and talking and working with other people."

    Though very sociable, I definitely energize from being alone
    and relax a bit on my own.

    How do you energize yourself?

    I get rest from sleep. I get energized in a few very different ways: I actually enjoy making presentations and talking about the business face to face. I also get energized when something I've worked at for awhile pays off. Like a higher ranking or great converting ad/page.

    just enough sleep so i can wake up in the morning lol, if i wake up later, i don't have energy. so safely 6 hours max of sleep is good.
