    Bush was in a press conference when a reporter from Cairo threw a pair of shoes, bush joked saying all he could report is that it was a size 10. He doesn't know that having shoes thrown at him is a big sign of disrespect in the Arab world. The man who threw the shoes were apprehended by the secret service and released. At least Mr pres. can duck he must have gone hunting with Vp Cheney.
