hi im from tunisia and i want to get a verified paypal account (i can get one but only to send money i cant recieve) so i need to another bank accout that paypal support can i open an account in a bank from america for non american resident i mean something like online account I heard that i can get account like that + credit card and if yes can i withdraw money to my country any help or answer will be appreciated thanks
You can open bank account ,but that is not free ! About 300 Euros in Switzerland for anonimouse bank account via internet !

There are many service that facilitate you to open a low cost USA Bank Accounts. I've heard some of them are scams, but if you search you might find a legal one.
That is legal only in some countries ,where is allowed offshore ! Like Delaware in USA,Switzerland, Panama,Virigin Islands etc.
