Great idea for a website, could become very valuable for small business.
Great design-layout and I really like the little organizer on the left hand side of the page.
Maybe a bigger brighter logo header is needed.

I like the concept and I think the site is well designed, good luck with the

The site is done well (simple and to the point). Perhaps fill the page up a bit more.

I like this concept, it can serve as a great way to keep up with 'project notes' when working on a project for a client (ie: a log of what's being done).

 

Fantastic creation. I agree with ffjamal, the page needs to be smaller or used more. Otherwise, I love it.

 

Different idea. not sure how sharing to do lists with customers is going
to help anything.
Site is nice and simple but something seems missing. I can't put my finger
on what it is that is missing, but something's just not there.

Very nice site and a great idea. I can see you've put some work into it. You might want to consider and 'about' page, to inform people of what they might expect to see once they've signed up. I'd want a little more information before I'd commit to the registration. Otherwise well done, I hope it goes well for you.

 

As all have already said, Nice idea. It will run well but I think, that background should be different than black, the reason is, you can also see that sometimes, mouse pointer gets hide, not visible to user, so if you cange it to light color than it will be superb. I think so. Over all, nice site.

 

A little to dark layout im afraid - its crucial that the enter (intro) page encourages user to make an account.

The idea is great, if you will promote it enough, it could be a valuable website.

Nice site but I would make the logo a little more web2.0 ish. I like the app though.

I think you should change it to a white background, thats just my opinion personally, I feel it would be more easy on the eyes.

 

Cool idea. I'm already sign up easy to use. Font color and background color not good for read, maybe you try to change to another color that you thing that good for reading.

 

This site may be easier to read with
the dark text on the light background.

 

Nice tool for keeping organized, the site looks good, however you need more marketing content on the home page.
