    About the blog:

    All the content are unique. I have submitted them to several rss reader and some of them tocontent sharing sites for the sake of backlinks.
    The blog has some nice plugins installed. It automatically submits the new articles to content sharing sites, it converts the text into speech, so visitors can listen to it as well, etc.

    The buyer will get about 20 more prewritten high quality unique articles (about 500 words each!)...

    The blog is not much monetized yet, it has Adsense on it. The eCPM is 1,94$ which is not bad at all, but it can be raised more by optimizing the ad placements, etc.


    About the autoblog:

    This is a rare plugin that only few marketers use. Now it generates about 70-100 uniques per day alone, and it can be raised by adding more keywords to it (I will show it to the costumer). Also it generates a lots of backlinks and content.
    I havent got time to install adsense on it...

    To the lucky buyer I will show a blackhat technique that can be used with autoblogs and I never saw it elsewhere, but its very powerfull and safe!


    Traffic:

    As I'm not promoting it the sales page gets a few visitors per day from search engines. By the way the site has 855 pages indexed in Google.
    I will attach proof.

    Earnings:

    I did an adwords campaign for it that pulled in 5 sales at 17$ in 3 days (5x17=$85). Conversion was 5% which is pretty good.


    My advice:

    Buy the site, submit to CLICKBANK and you will have a lots of affiliates and sales. You can also make a product launch with this site and dominate the niche easily!
