Hi All, Which social bookmarking sites are worth putting a lot of effort into for selling affiliate programs for the make money type of customer. Whats the ratio for bookmarking affiliate programs at each of these site is it like 10:1 for every affiliate program you would bookmark. Also which sites have you guys had the most success with, please tell some stories I think this could be a vary valuable thread for all of us.
Hi The Web 2.0 type of marketing is something I've only recently got into, so I'm by no means an expert on this, but I gather that Squidoo.com is a good place to start. It took me around 45 minutes to put up a lens. As it was only recently, it is too early to tell whether it was time well spent. I think the formula for creating a lens is something like: Choose the niche/product you want to target Do some research to determine the best keywords Choose the long-tail keyword with the biggest potential in terms of SEO and use that as your title Write around 3-4 paragraphs as the intro and use your keyword 2-3 times per paragraph Add your bio and make it like a product recommendation Make sure you link to the product sales page in your intro and bio Add images if appropriate Add more content in the write/text modules Add amazon/ebay modules Publish the lens Blast your Squidoo lens to loads of sites using onlywire.com Leave comments on other lenses related to yours Monitor results and build more lenses Hope this helps Best wishes Bob
If you Digg your lending page and it is unique then it will get indexed very fast. Your title must be unique which is hard to achieve with all the competitors plus whoever searches your title must go through Digg page before they can get to your lending page. Example: Google esuccess2u.
