please review my contact forms

Hi, I made a free contact form for people to download and use on their sites.

I just now released a new version of the script and made 2 versions, one with OpenCaptcha and the other using a MathCaptcha.

I need everyone to tell me what they think. Comments, Suggestions and Bug reports.

You can use the contact form demos on the page to send those to me, you dont have to include your real email, unless you want a response. and please dont put "hdasdfs" in all the fields, I get enough of those.

The graphic at the top of the page is nice but the design could be better.
To make the site look better you should remove the hit counter and get
a professional template.

I agree, a template is a must. I don't really know what I'm looking at when I load the page. Try and organize a bit more and this will be great!

 

i know my site needs work, i was really wanting feedback on the contact form itself

 

I had a look at your contact form and I think the background colour is too much. It appears too full. I like the site!

 

When I got on the site I had no idea what I was supposed to do.
Is the site displayed with Times New roman? Why would anyone
use that font?
the logo could be more professional.

good form script, I think you should to enlarge text box and fonts

 

what font would you suggest i use for the contact form?

enlarge the textboxes which way? length or width? Enlarge the fonts in the textboxes? or the form page itself?

the site doesnt have a font specified to be used, what should i use for it to make it look a little better?

and no the logo will not be changed, i made it, i like it, it stays.

the background color for the contact form can be changed in the config file, I thought it looked like a good color, so i never changed it. what color would look good for the demo forms?

I was thinking about making the footer text be "OwT PHP Contact Form vX.X Designed by OwT200x | Custom forms made for donations" instead of whats on there right now. Would the new footer be better?
