They are paid services. I prefer webceo because they have good reputation in the industry. IBP would also be a great help for your SEO journey.
Well, I don't considered IBP as a good tool,...I think the best tool for me paid tool like word tracker.
Use WebCEO to track your rankings, everything else you should do manually. Don't bother with search engine submission, you're better off starting your link building campaign than wasting time asking search engines to crawl your site.
auto submission is not recommended. I prefer manual submission (ok it take's much longer to get the job done but hey we are talking about SEO here
I vote for Webceo. We use it in house and it has helped us in the management of dozens of projects for the last few years. From a SEO professional standpoint it is also great to generate reports (rankings, link popularity etc.). No way you could do all that manually unless you work on a single website. When you have to handle SEO for 20 sites at the same time you need a powerful tool, and webceo is the way to go.
Was like 10 years with Submit Wolf and it was great. but time has changed like search engines. today there are may 3 importend search engines and you dont need such programm. and as you use them to spam they bloc you next day. I belive today its more importend to have good ranking and useful backlinks. But not even that, you need also the right link strategie. not just much high ranking backlinks. I use Webceo for the seo numbers game; keyword density, proximity, prominence but not much more than that.
