Looking for a WordPress expert - code/plug-in tweaking

All right, I need a programmer who can add a few features* to my membership site which is running on wordpress. The URL is http://www--math[]lodge--com/.

I am running a plug-in called Your Members [http://www--newmedias--co--uk/wordpress-membership/] which I use to manage the members and membership types. I have four member types as of now.

As you can see, there is this area on the main page where the member packages and testimonials are displayed. When the member is logged-in, I need those two things to be replaced by a member's area. What should be seen there?

- member's information and allow the members to edit these info (much like how we can edit through the WP admin panel)
- what the member can actually download/access (files, links, whatever). For this bit, it could be made simpler if you wish -- maybe you can just place a code which will echo/display some HTML that I will have to manually edit (whatever can be accessed by a certain member type).
- link to upgrade their membership status like what can be seen here http://www--math[]lodge--com/wp-admin/users--php?page=ym-profile when you're logged in**

**For this one, a link [http://www--math[]lodge--com/?ym_subscribe=1&ud=1] can just be placed to make them upgrade their membership. But I need something a bit more complicated:

I want them to be able to upgrade their membership status to something like Standard Membership + Math Lodge Anywhere PDF download (you can see the packages on the registration page itself to be more aware of what I'm talking about) so they wouldn't have to create a new account just to get access to the PDF download.

I don't mean to be rude but if you don't understand my first post, then I don't think you'd be able to do the job well as following instructions accurately is one of my criteria for a "job well done".
