Hi, Is there a website or company that offers you a service of getting people to go on your website and clicking on ads and you pay them for the amount of people that visited and clicked on ads? Lets you the charge 1-5 cents per click. so they send 1000 visitors that will click a couple of times on your ads. that way everyone makes money.

Except the advertiser. Advertisers that give you an opportunity to monetize your site. Advertisers you are screwing over. Get a life.
'Activities' like this affect us all. It drives down the price advertisers are willing to pay. You may well get away with a few clicks here and there, but sooner than later Google would catch up with you & refund all of your income back to the advertisers.
I think that such deals exists, especially in countries where police hardly enforces law against crimes in the internet. Anyway, it is illegal, immoral and harms everyone in the long run. I hope that google and other similar companies will find methods soon to easily identify illegal clicks.

Ummmm...banned from AdSense? How about sued by advertisers? There need to be laws enacted to protect online advertisers from such things; from such CRIMINALS; and to require JAIL TIME of anyone, who chooses to try cheating the advertisers in such a way. I think i came across this kind of service at some egold forum like a year ago. The guy openly advertised this service. Something like, you pay $10, they'll bring in like $100 to your a/c, and if you pay them $100, they'll bring in $1000. And they're some Indian company in India. I never tried it though. Never planned to. Never going to.
How is that every body can make money? What about the advertisers who are advertising their products and services. They don't want fraudulent clicks. They want real people who are interested in their products and services. How do you feel if you are paying for those ads? Inviting people to click on ads tantamount to business fraud.
