After some revisions. I made some of the text cleaner and easier to read, and changed some colors.
I think the menu is pretty nice and that it has a professional appearance.

But now it is too bulgy. Please try to make more attractive than bulgy. Is it possible to make it 3 column or at least 2 columns where one column is smaller than other. thanks

Here is an updated version as you requested. I'm not sure if this is how you want the columns spread, but I did it the way it looks the best to me.

 

Ok well I made the menu less flashy. Would you prefer that I use fonts like Dr. Zapp did? I mean I personally don't like them but if you would want them I would be more than happy to change.



I believe that it can be coded as 3 columns, with each yellow box being one of the columns.

I do not might dark color as long as it is use nicely and have good effect for a corporate look and feel.

@willhaynes - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=10002056&postcount=32 The dark theme looks good , but we feel little plain on the overall layout. It would be nice to see some wow factors like rays behind background. Yet we are discussing with our team on the the color of the logo change.

@DrZapp - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=10001145&postcount=25 Please make the top menu , not curvy but some other effects please. Overall very good design.

@jmgdesigns - We are happy with your work as of yet. But we still feel the top most menu can be bit different. The gradient active blue position is too much distracting.

Here are our top select at this time:
1 http://willhaynes.com/dp/tanatek/ - We may need a brighter variation to compare with dark the same design.
2 Option 3 from JMGdesign.
3 DrZapp - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=10001145&postcount=25 - Menu seem to be a little old style. If the menu can be fixed it will be great.
