    I have seen lately a lot of blogs with adsense that are stealing content from other websites and blogs. (they use no credits and no links to he original articles) Can they be banned from adsense for stealing content?

    Yes. Google considers this "web spam". Particularly if they are trying to make money off stolen content.

    Simply report them to Google's Webspam team using G's Webmaster Tools.

    That's true. And if the owner doesn't file a complaint, then both parties are Google's mercy.
