Flash site re-done as html

    I need http://www.sg23online.com/flash redone as an html site so I can edit it.

    I understand the moving colour bars may not be possible but replacing this with dhtml would be cool.

    The site needs to be...

    - Easily editable via html or backend
    - Ability to add/remove pages quite easily (adding more/less bars
    - SEO friendly

    I know html and photoshop so if its cheaper to edit via html and add another bar using photoshop then this is fine.

    I need a kick-ass design done and I'm willing to pay up to $150 for it.

    If you can do this I would like the following...

    - What you could do that would be similar to the flash site
    - How it would be edited (just editing html pages or backend)
    - Examples of your work
    - Cost to edit
    - Time to edit

    ...anything other than the above will be ignored unless it is a specific question.
