Wordpress embed video help needed

    I have the theme tv elements for wordpress and host all the videos on my server. I need to someone to tell me how I can embed the video. I would like the player to be size able not sure if I can more info or not.

    I dont need someone to set them all up just to show me how to do it. I have an issue with the embed code not working and if and when I get it to work the swf player isnt size able

    Do you know if the player is sizeable for videos hosted on your server?

    The tv element theme uses the extra fields for the videos I have a problem with the player part of the code.

    yes, sizeable..
    you can even upload videos in the already inbuilt wordpress media..

    Anyone know how to get a plugin that works like this

    As I need to be able to upload my videos and get the embed code so I can add it to the template as it works using the embed code only.
