URGENT - Need MoneyBookers Information

    Hi,

    I need to know some fast information about MoneyBookers please:

    1. When a buyer buys something off me with my personal account, can they later reclaim the money saying the product hasn't come (even though it has), just like how PayPal do it, or does this not work for MoneyBookers.

    2. What is the minimal withdrawal, and is there a charge associated?

    3. How much do they charge to receive payments? (i.e 3.4%... etc)

    As far as I know MoneyBooker doesn't allow chargebacks.
    Receiver is not charged that means you can receive the whole amount, but the sender is charged a small amount.
