    His AIM profile info says "Customer support via AIM is not available on the weekends."

    That's nice to know... most affiliates I know of have support on the weekends though.

    The remaining amounts of payments are being sent out by thursday. Those who had not received payments had part or most of their commissions on hold as we were waiting on the advertiser as they were reviewing the leads for quality. Again, ALL checks have been sent and if you have not yet received paypal, you will by Thursday the latest.

    All of my employees dot not work on weekends and it's their only 2 days off during the week to get away from their 9-6 job and rest up.

    Support IS still available, you can email or email your affiliate manager (their email can be found in your dashboard, and we all have phones which pull up our email so we're able to check them from time to time)

    We only have 3 affiliates on checks right now, and they had no problems with quality.

    Np on the support issue, just glad I was able to clear that up for ya.

    From Tuesday, "Due to some quality issues with a couple of advertisers, you may have not yet received your October commissions. We're happy to announce that our lawyers have resolved this issue and advertiser payments have been received. Funds to cover the rest of the October payments are being transferred into Paypal with a clearing date of Friday, December 12."

    So give them til Friday.. :)
