      well as I said it's an global company ... I'm from a country I bet you haven't even heard of ... anyways the phone call is just verification that it's your right details , just basic questions , the answers are mostly names of other cpa networks.
      The real problem is that cpa isn't for beginer marketers .. it requires proper learning in understanding the market, creating relevant ads etc. and totally not about you website. When I created the account I indicated my personal blog ... and said that that url is just because you asked it, and that I don't do advertising on it. You should do advertising on google adwords and facebook and other search engines and social networks.
