Most Horror Movie

I think quarantine (2008) and the descent (2005) are really good horror movies

 

...but that`s exactly what makes the SAW series so horrifying!!

 

That's not a horror movie, that's gore and violence.

 

Yeps.. agreed! I never count Sick SAWs in horror movies

 

Definitely The Entity and Amityville I & II. both based on true stories!

Teeth...was all a little disturbing. it was pretty much abuse, followed by sex then severed man bits. mmm good watching!

I've just read every comment in this thread. You guys don't seem to know much about horror films. My favourites are The Exorcist and The Evil Dead:

I was about to suggest The Descent. That film made me jump many times.

As Masterful suggested, if you want good horror you have to go old school. Evil Dead was/is excellent along with The Exorcist. You'll get more of a scare if your under 18.

I prefer survival horror flicks like 28 Days Later and the 1990 remake of Night of the Living Dead.

 

i thought the 1st Evil Dead flick was pretty good, but thereafter it just became a tad comical for me!!

 

Phantasm (1979)....very spooky

 

This is a very scary movie

 

Ring 2 , the most horrible of all.

 

Eh The rings aren't that bad, only when she comes out of the T.V

 

Mirrors is one of the best I've seen recently. A lot of scaring moments, blood and an unexpected ending. Recommend to watch the movie with 5.1 channel sound.

Midnight Meat Train - to tell the truth I expected more from it.

Also I would mention White Noise 2, but it's not exactly horror movie. I'd rather say mystics, but its plot is interesting and intriguing.

The "Saw 4" it seemed to me like being the scariest one, but "Saw 2" it's my favorite
