ePassporte activation

Hi guys ,
I've decided to open an epassporte account for affiliate payments but at last step i see
In order to complete the sign up process, you must add a verified load mechanism to your Account and load a minimum amount of US$25.00.

Am i able to receive money now or do i have to activate it with credit card ?

 

I won't load money with my credit card or else , but my question is ,
Am i able to receive payments if i wasn't loaded $25 ?

 

Just wait for your affiliate manager to load the money you earn from them to your card and it would be activated.

 

means that when money in the accounts, it automatically activities ?

i may want to use epassporte.

is there any monthly fee? i dont see one, but a yearly fee for visa card? I just need an ATM card to with

 

i've entered my credit card number and waiting for confirmation now.
$25 is a high price for confirmation lol.

 

Some time ago there was a 5 dollar fee and the card was automatically activities wen someone send you 5 dollar.

Someone knows if is the same now.

 

just wait your afiliate earning, when you reach the $25 your epasporte will be active automatically

 

One month ago, I activated account by received $5 from business holder accounts. I exchange paypal to epassporte from this site: http://wm-center.com/. They will send money to you account and your account will get active.

No monthly fee but Annual Fee, VCC for $5 and ATM card is $35.
