This roughly takes 10 minutes for experienced person. I want the same table in 3 colours. so you make it in 3 colours and send to me. I will pay $2 for this. I want this immediately. people usually charge about $20-50 to convert a psd to html/css. Although your wanting a html template converting it still requires similar work, levels. It may take about 15 minutes, I can do it but it would take me more like 30 mins to do it. By the tim you take into account paypal fees its not worth anyones time. I would atleast knock it up to between $5-10 personally.
