I have a domain I was hosted my domain with my friend on altushost after one month I have purchase my own hosting on the same host . Now I am trying to add my domain in addons but i am getting error that It is owned by another user. Even that domain is removed from his cpanel what is the problem is If any one have some ideas please share. There are some Info about the problem DNS is changed according to server ! Deleted completely from the previous account !
Probably you will need to contact your host to fix the problem. Nothing more you can do it from your end to fix this. Kailash
