Do u mean out Rohit Patel ?

 

I think he is a classical player, you can see a class on his batting. i think when Laxman came to Indian team he had not a good record in ranji also. but now he is one of the best player of our team. i am not considering record i am considering class which he have. about Rohit Sharma no dought he is a good player. i am also surprising why he is not in team?

 

Well I have no problem if can play but I am angry that Pujara who have excellent records is not in team. He is a player who can stay on pitch for long time and he proved in this year Ranji Season by hitting 3 tripple centure in first class cricket.

 

yes he is one of most capable cricketer..but i think we have a balanced batting team. but what about bowling side. we have just three fast bowlers. i think management think to go with 2 spin and 2 fast bowler

 

Well our bowling is key thing and they proved in last 12 months. For me Indian batting iis big issue we don't know when they fall out too quick.

 

Our team is solid on Indian sub-continent as our part time spinners come in very handy.

But overseas, not only our bowling suffers but our batsmen not able to cope with bouncy pitches add to our woes.

Yes and Maholi have bouncy pitches which may create problems for Indian batsmen. On bouncy pitches we will see Ishant's bowling which will be excellent.

 

Yes ans sehwag's batting too.

 

but fast bowers mostly suffer from injuries so can not say how long he will give his services. munaf is not so good in field. Zahir need a support from other side..

 

Well Zahir and Ishan doing good jobs since last 10 months and both player proved their ability. Ishan is 100% fit and ready to fire now.

 

It is good that we have two very good fast bowlers performing consistently.
It is also in a way good that people have to fight it out for the 3rd spot...it helps keeping everybody on toes....and that guarantees good performance...day in and day out !!

Yes but India might go with 2 Fast bowlers and 2 Spinners with 6 batsmen and 1 Wicketkeeper. So less chance to see 3 seemer in the team.

 

With 2 regular spinners, we would be wasting one position...especially since Yuvraj and Sehwag in the side, they can very well fill in that slot.

 

I think we should have one regular spinner in our team.For 2nd spinner Yuvi and Viru are in the team to fill the job.

 

but it is when yuvraj also be selected in last 11.

 

If our Rohit Patel play well then yes Rohit Patel is better.

Well we need bolwer who can take wickets and less overs. Even Dhoni bowl 50 overs, he will get 2-3 wickets but it doesn't work for all time. We need a spinner who can control the opposite team and can take wickets.

 

Yes.Need a regular spinner with bhajji.
