I seen there's been a lot of drama. I have been working very hard today on this. The pdf guide will be completely deleted, this will eliminate any comments that the guide has been copied. So here's the BIG NEWS: The product will now contain 4 Videos detailing the whole process of unlocking the Wii. I have spent the last two days working on this, and I just finished the video editing of the footage. I have still some things to set up, so it will take another 2-3 hours I guess in order to upload them to the thank you page and set everything up. Also, a newer and better method to unlock the wii is used, because the one currently used has been qualified as a little outdated. There will be a resources page which will have links to the original authors page of each of file that is needed, and a disclaimer stating that those files are under a particular license and that they are free. If the file was developed by john, the user is told to go to john.com and download the file, stating that john is the original author of it The User will be buying the video guide, no files whatsoever. Hope this will clear things up a bit, and calm things down. Thanks for everyone standing up for me.

I'll try to explain it so that you can understand it. Ripped is making money, yes, we know. But... he is doing so based off of stolen material. Lets say I go to a car dealership and steal 100 cars, then I sell them all for $3000 each. Is everyone else stupid for not thinking of this great idea first? Or is what I'm doing illegal? Now I know digital files aren't exactly the same thing as a car, but it still is violating copyright law, which means it is stealing. Not only is he distributing Nintendo copywritten material (some of the wads), he is also distributing the Twilight Hack and the Homebrew Channel, both with copyrights. Just because they are free to download means you can do whatever you want with them. On top of that, the entire guide was ripped off of several sites. Anyone who buys into this crap is seriously getting ripped off, and horribly mislead. There ARE risks of messing up the Wii, and holding Up, Down, Left, and Right on a Gamecube controller is impossible to do, and wouldn't magically bring the console back to life anyway.
Okay, I have already put together the new thank you page, this thank you page doesn't have a pdf, only videos. Everything is ready, I have made all the changes. There is a resource page now, which contains a link to another website where the files can be downloaded. I have clearly stated in the thank you page, that the files in the resource category are not HomebreWare property, and that the user is not being sold the files, only the videos. I have fixed everything, so that we can stop the drama, and start promoting. Since the guy who made the first PDF guide of homebreware doesn't have a Wii anymore, I bought a Wii few days ago just for the purpose of making the videos, and put a lot of work the past few days. Only think that needs to be modified is the sales page in order to reflect the changes.
First of all he is distributing WADS anymore he is showing people where to get them. And your analogy is terrible he is not stealing cars. A better one would be he was getting magazines available for free, writing a guide and then taking a few pages from the free magazines putting it in his guide and selling it. Not to mention that this doesn't even apply any more becuase he is sending people to hackmii to get the software and he made a video tutorial by himself which does violate any copyright laws. P.S: I think these guys might have helped more than they have hurt becuase you made the product better (probably) and you got a lot of attention, you will probably have more affiliates. Review Copy?

Oh well, I have to side with the (original) homebrew creators anyways (well, not after this update, but before) because they were hosting the files on their website, and not linking. But now that that's been resolved... can we all make up and become peechy friends? Oh, I do have one thing to comment on. Yes, but that paid product was created with pirated things in the first place, so technically they are not at fault.
