Some time ago my ctr was increased from 4-5% to 10-12%. It's very relevant ads now on my site and visitors so often click, or anything else?

As long as the traffic is legit, one person isn't click your ads over and over, and you don't have more than 3 ad units on a page. You should be fine...

    it's pretty good.
Try not to overoptimize it though, as it might lead to smartpricing and significant drops in click values, that's what happened to some of my sites.
Adsense is smart, if your ctr is too high, the conversation for advertisers will drop and so will your average clicks.

It's ok, as soon as you don't click your own ads or you don't ask for people to do it.

Ad placement, blending or contrasting the ad depending on the contents will help you increase the CTR; apart from that, the quality of traffic matters a lot. If the traffic is search engines (targeted traffic), you stand to get a lot of clicks :)

If you have analytics installed, just check whether the bulk of your traffic is coming from. If it is search engine, then I don't think there's any to worry about.

10% and 15$ ecpm is great, now you just need to pull down 30000 page views a day and you'll be good. Any add will perform better if it is something the person is looking for! So make sure to always give people what they're lookin for:)
