can someone tell me what these 2 widgets are called?

I'm trying to get two features on my blog that I see very common on the internet but I could't come up with anything searchin google...can someone help me get the two flash aps in this pic, they are the front page of hiphopdx.com if you wanna see how they work.....thanks..
