    As an AM i can tell you that a well designed site with original content is a prerequisite. Also some pre-existing traffic and search rank doesn't hurt either.

    You also MUST always be able to verify your physical address as well as website ownership, whether via a WHOis search or email sent from your site admin address.

    Hi Revgate, can i ask what your opinion is on someone applying without a site but intending on using landing pages, would you reject them?
