With the amount of money they make per day, you would think the site would be the best in the business. But I guess it's expensive to sponsor a NASCAR driver all year long. lol
Kind of a strange choice. I mean, who decided that the NASCAR crowd was the best one to target for domain name purchasing?
Godaddy is the bane of my life every time I want to buy a domain it seems to be registered to someone on godaddy who doesn't use it. And yeah the user experience is crap I could spend hours on there and still not understand how to use it. It's a wonder that site has done so well, I think user experience is one of the most important things about making a website!
Well NASCAR has one of the biggest audiences (comparable to the superbowl, but every Sunday). So their target is people who are newbies and want to start their own business online. That is why they have grown to such size, one time purchases of domains PLUS hosting, domain verification, emails, website tonight, and the rest of the useless crap the sell to everyone trying to register a domain.
You can say that again mate. Bob and his "parental advisory" blog and a couple of more jokers. I have my domains with them but only because its like the PayPal of domain names. Everyone uses it, although it sucks, just like Paypal, in alot of respects.
Hello markn26, You can display up to 200 domains at a time in your Domain Manager. Under the Tools Tab at the top, click on Customize All My Domains Grid, and there you can adjust what you see on the Domains page. There is a dropdown box at the bottom to adjust how many domains you prefer to view. In addition, under that same Tools Tab, you can create an exportable list of all your domains; you can choose a number of fields to display, including nameservers and contact information. Choose .csv and no compression, click OK, refresh, and you can then download a minute later into Excel, where you can sort any way you like. This also gives you a snapshot of your domains and their settings at that particular time. Best Regards, Kimberly
