How to get Google To Crawl New Pages?

On one of my websites I use to have a forums script using phpbb.
However, I changed my forums using a much better script. So, some of
the URL's and titles have changed.
I never did a 301. At one time my forums was ranking on page #6. Now
it does not rank real well with google after I changed scripts. I have
noticed when searching google that some of my old forum pages still
appear. So, maybe Google thinks I have two forums setup on the same web
    site.

    This leads to my questions:

    1. How should I fix this problem so Google crawls my new forums and their new URL's/Titles?

    2. How do I go about Google crawling my website on a daily basis?

The common answer to question 1 is to wait.. google will crawl and update its db during its next visit. :)
The fastest way to get a new page indxed is to add a direct link from a 'popular' page. Popular page means that it is visited by the bots almost daily so that the bots will be able to find the new page quickly with the help of this popular page.

Regarding question 2, i have somehow answered that in the above
The following is the main criteria to shorten the time intervals of bots visit:

    1. Update content frequently (the bots will visit your site more often if it sees fresh content every visit)
    2. Pages with higher PR are visited more often than the lower ones.

    :)

get good inbound links... prepare sitemap and submit them to google and other directories too... xml sitemap also helps to get crawler to index your website... to get crawler keeep coming - keep on update the content of the site... and that would help alot...

    Hi

If there's new pages you want indexed quickly put a link up on your homepage as google ranks the homepage as the most important, you more likely to get pages index that link from the homepage, if any of your pages were indexed that had PageRank i would defiantly set up a 301 redirect or the PageRank will be lost.

finally if you have changed your script and you are not ranking as well, has the script change your meat tag content?
