Hi there I need some legal advice in regards to acquiring
my transfer history for 8 LLLL.com's (I posted earlier)
Name, com refuse to submit a history for the transaction
here's an extract from my email, from support.Name.com

I need a copy of this transfer to submit to paypal's conflict resolution centre
but I'm not sure what to do in regards to their reply. Can Name.com legally
hold back such information? and is there any legal body online I could see to
over ride Name.com's decision? Would I be able to utilize the freedom of
information act for instance? Any help/feedback is most welcome:)

    Yes.

Yup, a court of competent jurisdiction.

And if I understood it correct, the Freedom of Information Act is intended for
government agencies, not private parties like Name.com.
