hi, i need help for google pr, i have a none-english language website ,pr is 3 can i backlink to a english website which pr is 1 ? it is useful for increasing pr for the english site?it is allow me to exchange link between engslish and none-english web site for increase pr? google allowed? thanks very much

Language is not a problem, many of non-English sites having high PR.

 

i think pr is not related to language, so just give ur best effort to get pr

Actually PR3 is not so high to backlink to such site and just wait for a miracle to happen. As it has been said, language doesn't matter in this affair. You should post here, on some other forums, make good SEO and I bet you are going to get PR5 in a year or earlier.

 

yes, you can do link exchange with other language sites. That should have quality. means that should be frequently cache, less out going links and it should have good pr...........

You should be trying to exchange link with higher pr sites and not with a lower pr sites. They won't do you any good.
