Im pretty sure it does. I have used it before but cant remember if i used credit card or paypal. Be sure to pick up a coupon aswell
google will accept paypal as well.. but you need to get a paypal debit card and enter the debit card numbers into google adwords
May I ask why you want to use paypal instead of a CC? You just don't like using a CC or you rather not be charged a lot etc...?
What he means is PPC for adwords, yahoo SEM etc that doesnt require a credit card. Can you get paypal debit cards nowadays? Are they actual physical things or just imaginary numberS?
Kontera accepts paypal and pays me by paypal but I am not too sure of their advertiser program... I also want to know more about this paypal debit card.. Can some one throw more light

if you sign up with paypal and setup a business account, after the account has been opened for 90 days paypal will issue you a visa debit card. It works just like a CC from any bank. When you get your visa debit card in the mail from paypal, enter those numbers into google payment center just like you would with any visa or mastercard issued from any bank. Then you can pay your adwords costs with the funds available in your paypal account
www.bidvertiser.com accept paypal. but no conversion i was get from them. Its easy to pay with paypal but it waste of money to pay other pay per click engine. Google adwords is good.
