This is consider low, less than $0.10 per click
maybe you shall study on the keyword

 

thats not bad i think. I am pretty new in Adsense and sometime I get worse than you.
but if you want to have high earning by click, the only way: use high paying keyword or high paying niche. but I don't advise you to do that. because sometimes HPK don't related to the content of our blog. so just keep blogging

Nowaday, I think its normal.. If lucky, you will got a click like $1/click..

1. Search for keywords here: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
2. Under "Choose columns to display", select "Show Estimated Avg CPC"

The higher the CPC, the more likely you will get paid better ...also the more likely there are lot's of other sites competing with your ...making it more difficult for you to get traffic.

 

I'm not surprised no one was in a rush to share that... and possibly increase their competition ;-)
