I think google update is going on. as i found my ranking dropped yesterday and now i find some improvement there.. What about yours ?
Yes that happened to my sites too, one day were on the first page and the next day on the second, and then after a while of not doing or posting anything I couldn't even find my sites on google's first 3 pages LOL
sprabhu, assuming by "ranking" you are referring to your search engine results, they change often. I track about 65 keywords, and probably half of them change every day in the search engine results. This is normal.
I think that Google updates the PR daily but it is the PR check tools that are updated every few months or so
Yeah, yesterday, my sites' keywords were changed on SERP. What we are saying is about Google PR update, some my blogs were dropped to PR0 from PR5 & PR3 about 3 week ago. I don't know reason!

They saw many good links to your site and pushed you up the serps but then caught your name at textlinkads
well its true google updates every now and then. My ranks change everyday and even every hours. Plus the page rank also appears very fast. I got several times page rank for my pages. Its not like two or three months.
Yh google updating back links weekly and updating PR at least in a month. Crawling rate is increased and some site like DP is daily. its good and get immediate result and no need to wit until 3 months as before
