Question about unique content

    I have a french blog about a certain car makes.

    Is there anyway I can get banned by google if i TRANSLATE it to French.

    What's the worst that can happend ?

    Translate articles you wrote into french? That's okay. If you didn't write the articles, just give credit to who did at the bottom of the page. If the author wants it removed he can email you.

    The worst that can happen is nothing unless it specially says do not publish this content elsewhere.

    Is it not ethnically to steal people article and then translate to other language and declare its your.
    You can use a script to make your content unique such as pass the copyscape test.
    The worst is google will deindex your site in google search

    You might translate it into other langauges at the same time and you will have mulitple pages and more traffic coming in. Just my 2 cents.
