How to make large automatic site maps??

    I have three very big sites with incomplete sitemaps. They have hundreds of thousands of pages within them. Anyone know if a good program to use so I submit complete sitemaps to the big 3? I was using Sitemap Generator for Windows, but its is very slow and does not do a very good job. Any rec's?
