I will need a tutorial.. (preferably video) to optimize wordpress.. something like installing seo plugin.. sitemap plugin will not do.. The major problem with wordpress is multiple urls for same content. Kindly guide me in the proper direction

Change the permalinks (wp-admin>setting>permalinks) to be /%postname%/%post_id% (paste that string in the (Custom Structure) bit) You will either have to update your .htaccess file, or have it set to be writable, so that wordpress will update it for you Then pop this in your admin seting: http://www.instant-info-online.com/wordpress-compressed-all-inclusive-ping-list.html The place to put this is >wp-admin>settings>writing - then at the bottom of this page paste the urls given above into it and save. Also, if you add ?feed=rss to the end of your url, you should see your RSS feed. Submit this to a handful of quality RSS directories. That should be a good start.
