Red Light Means Stop

I think it is a dummy the body wouldn't fly that way if hit by a car his body would roll its staged unless you can prove it

but it looks like dummy being hit in two staged photos

 

green light means start

I agree, in fact once drivers hit 65 they should have to renew their Lic every year. they should be tested for reaction times, vision and the like. we don't need any more people (who have no biz driving) plowing through farmers markets.

not mad, the driver is old! and therefore dangerous.

this is sad, but it happens alot in large countries like india or china.. and rarely in countries with stricter law... no denying that..
