Finding a high paying niche is not a problem but how far you are successful in that is the million dollar question!
I have travel site and I am just making $6-$7 instead of $18-$19 six month back with same amount of traffic.
Yeah from July adsense earning is really down and till today I did not understand what is the reason ?
Besides the obvious your niche and high paying keywords, one little tip I got that helped was ad placement. Google Adsense reads your page top left to right and then down the page left to right etc (if I remember right) So say I had ads at the top of a blog post and also in the right sidebar. Google will put the highest paying ads at the top of my post and the next highest paying ads in the sidebar. I used analytics to track my stats and found that most clicks where in the sidebar, so I just removed the ads on the top of my blog post and I noticed an improvement.
My earnings are down, just few cents a click, now everyday is like sunday before, which is bad for my pocket.
Bear in mind that the more clicks you make in a short space of time, the less each click is worth. Google aren't stupid. They're in this to make money themselves and they hold all the cards
My last one month Adsense History: Page impressions: 381,829, Clicks:2,086, Earnings:$126.71 Bidvertiser: Total Clicks:148, Balance $11.90 Adbrite:Ad zone views:96,481, Click:263, Ad revenue:$22.69 What is your suggestion?Which is the best?
