    but SNES roms are not illigal, since they are no longer being made it means i can put them on the site becuase the companey is no longer profitting from it ( I asked my friends mom who is a lawyer). but anyway this whole thing is scapped i got a job today :) at a local webdesign company so no time for this crap. thx for your help or for some of you the lack of it.

    You broke the TOS and were rightfully banned from AdSense. There is no way to get your account back, so your only option is to apply to another advertiser and take the five minutes to read the TOS before you get yourself banned again.

    Clicking once will not get you banned, you will just get a warning. It is twice that will get you banned.
