    This a hot domain name with 3 years of age. It would be great for affiliate sales. Currently the site is a Noah's Classifieds - http://sizzlesale.com

    This was a domain back when I was into ecommerce. The site did very well and Google seemed to like it. Of course, it was PR4 back then. As we all know, domains are like wine, they only gets better with age. The name is catchy and has great potential to dominate in Search Engines once again.

    Please reread the OP. The site is not banned by google. Not even sure why you'd say this. The domain has been dormant for a couple years doing the aging process.

    Just a couple days ago I put the domain on a server to make the craigslist classifieds clone website.

    Should I wait for google to reindex the site before I sell it? Or should I offer double your money back guarantee.

    I do know these are serious allegations, which are not true. You can see HERE the site has a clean background.

    It's been deindexed by Google for sure, so the new owner would have to ask for reinclusion, or wait, which could be a long time. I had that happen to me already. It sucks, but sometimes its a waiting game.

    It's a classifieds. It's a more advanced and better looking than craigslist.org. It's very simple to use and edit in more features. There are some free plugins for it available online if you like to tweak things or add advertisement areas.

    The script is noahs classifieds.

    The domain is over three years old and was a PR4 when I was using it as an ecommerce -- Google seems to like it.
