i've heard that we can use pay-per-click advertising that is Google Adwords with no cost! how does it works? how can i use this PPC without spending any money?
Hosting companies and similar offer introductory vouchers for new accounts, sometimes vouchers are given out at marketing seminars and similar, and marketing and PPC companies sometimes have vouchers from google that they can give out. That's it. Any sales page you've seen that claims to show you how to have 'google ads for free' is merely selling an arbitrage/ad brokerage type scheme, which won't give you anything for free.
oic..i've also heard about the coupon for Google Ads. There are many values of this coupon. $25, $100 and so on. With this coupon, we can use it as our cost of pay-per-click adv. Is it true? How can we get all of them so free?
quite true, however I was able to use a voucher for adwords (through my hosting company) it it appeared to work fine. Of course I quickly ran through the money without much results, but in theory I had free PPC for a time. Of course I still had to enter my CC details, that simply the way it works.

xhasbix, these are introductory offers. As we say in England "a sprat to catch a mackerel". That is they give you a small fish ($50) in order to get the large fish ($000s) over time. Its not a problem as long as you know what you're letting yourself in for.
There are a few ads out there that claim you can do this... but in truth the only way you can "do" this is through vouchers or adsense arbitrage which is frowned upon and I wouldn't recommend it.
