I need a few girls for a live text chat website I have. Girls will be chatting to guys with the intention of persuading them to signup to a free website. The amount hasn't been set yet but I'm thinking around the $5-7 mark with signup commission (bout 25-50 cents), you should be doing about 4-10 signups an hour (free to signup) so that commission would add up. The job is talking to people online and will require flirting and mild sexual talk - there is no script but you would be supplied with a basic framework of how you should guide the conversation. This means you need to be creative! You need to be able to keep up a high speed of typing and be able to multi-task between multiple chats. Quotas for amount of chats handled and signups made will be in place but I'm more interested in quality of work. Signups are always more important than calls handled. Your hours are negotiable.
