I don't think that backlinks could get indexed that way. If the backlinks belong to a domain whose not indexed, then i can index them. I can also index each individual url such as www.yourdomain.com/backlink/index.html if you need them indexed.

It will get indexed within the general search engine. So if you were to try to find your site on google, say if you were to search for "weight loss blog" and your site was "weightlossblog.net" then you will be able to find it in that index. I'm not sure of the other index that you're talking about, but I will index the site / url on general google search. The way to check if you're site is indexed, is to type in on google search "site:yourdomain.com" or "site:wannabdomain.com/hi/index.html" I'm not doing anything illegal. I don't control the big G.
