    I've always wanted to try that. I've seen people doing it on beaches in Australia. Cool vid :)

    Is it possible to get swept away and not be able to get back onto the ground?

    I thought this said "power knitting" at first glance.

    I would have loved to try this 10 years ago, but after I saw one of those "Worlds scarriest..." or something along those lines TV shows where some guy caught a wind gust and was yanked a 100 or so feet in the air before slamming back down on the earth, I don't think so.

    Yeah, only in stupid winds though, you have a different size kite for different winds, so it all about being sensible.

    Meh, that only happens to the unfortunate. He must have gone out in too high of a wind.
