Hi, since I started this paid service these days, there is no waiting list. We send your proxy once and there is only one mail each day. If you're quick the link is posted within the next hours. The sponsor proxy link is the first in the list and has a bold markup.
I forgot to mention that I reply the paypal mail with the Google group URL where your ad is posted. This way you have direct proof!
spots for today and monday are sold, next free spot is for tuesday. We don't post sponsor links on weekends!
